REFUND POLICY

Last updated: 13 April, 2026

This Refund Policy supplements and forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to purchases of digital cosmetic items (“skins”) on cs2story.com.

1. Cancellation before delivery

You may cancel an order at any time before payment is completed and before the Steam trade offer is sent, without restriction.

2. Immediate delivery and loss of withdrawal right

Skins are digital content delivered via Steam. By completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has begun.

3. When a refund is available

Once delivery has commenced, purchases are final, except where:

  • the item is proven to be defective, invalid or non-functional at the time of delivery; or
  • the item is not delivered due to a technical or operational failure attributable to the Platform.

In such cases you may be entitled to a refund or replacement under applicable UK consumer law.

4. Non-delivery vs. payment delays

Delays caused by payment providers or banks do not constitute non-delivery and do not automatically qualify for a refund; processing continues once payment is confirmed.

5. Refund method, timing and fees

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider. Where a refund is made by agreement, costs and commissions charged by third parties (payment systems, banks, intermediaries) for transferring and returning funds may be deducted. Refunds may be carried out by third parties acting on behalf of the Company.

6. Unused balance

Any unused and unspent balance may be withdrawn subject to the verification, minimum-amount and anti-fraud conditions set out in the Terms & Conditions.

7. How to request a refund

Contact [email protected] with your order details.

8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits your mandatory rights under UK consumer protection law.
